New MSH Virtual Leadership Development Program to Strengthen Monitoring & Evaluation Performance of Family Planning and Reproductive Health Teams

A new Virtual Leadership Development Program (VLDP) focused on identifying and overcoming leadership challenges related to strengthening monitoring & evaluation (M&E) performance for health teams working in Anglophone countries will begin on January 21, 2013 under USAID's MEASURE Evaluation Population and Reproductive Health (PRH) Associate Award, through Management Sciences for Health (MSH).

The VLDP is designed to strengthen leadership and management practices and to empower those involved in the collection, reporting, analysis and use of health data at all levels of an organization. Due to high levels of demand for previous PRH VLDPs, programmatic support for this VLDP has been modified to allow a greater number of teams to participate.

This VLDP is for teams (not individuals) working on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of family planning and reproductive health programs. All qualified applications will be considered, with applications from public sector health agencies and local NGOs especially encouraged.

The application deadline is December 6, 2012.

For more information, download the application or email the VLDP M&E team.
