Mohammad Khakerah Rashidi has 30 years of experience in public health and health systems in Afghanistan. He joined MSH in 2004 and is currently responsible for developing Afghanistan’s strategic roadmap for the organization. He provides technical leadership and strategic guidance to the health system, specifically with TB-related projects, and develops and maintains partnerships at the national level.
Zahedul Islam is the country project director of the Systems for Improved Access to Pharmaceuticals and Systems (SIAPS) project in Bangladesh. His role is to ensure technical support to the government of Bangladesh in pharmaceutical system strengthening.
David Collins is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in international health and development projects, including working as resident health finance advisor to the Ministries of Health of Kenya and South Africa. He works for Management Sciences for Health in health financing and teaches health finance at Boston University.
