Chief of Staff
Lauren Catalano is MSH’s Chief of Staff. A seasoned global development and diplomacy professional with deep experience managing cross-functional projects, Catalano helps provide leadership and oversight of MSH’s day-to-day functions and staff with a special focus on key organizational initiatives, including MSH’s strategic plan, and a commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Catalano has 15 years of experience managing US government-funded programs and designing and implementing social impact projects both internationally and domestically.
Before joining MSH, Catalano was Chemonics’ Prime Contract Director for the Global Health Supply Chain Program – Procurement and Supply Management Project, where she was responsible for the contractual and administrative management of the $9.5 billion project.
Her earlier experience includes serving as Program Officer for the nonprofit Meridian International Center, where she managed, designed, and implemented large-scale professional exchange programs and reverse trade missions.
Catalano holds a BA in international studies from American University.
