Maggie Partilla is an accomplished public health leader with nearly 30 years of experience managing international health programs. As Portfolio Director at MSH, she supports Project Directors to deliver on objectives efficiently, ensuring projects remain within budget and adhere to contractual and organizational standards. She champions technical excellence, fosters a culture of data-driven decision making, and oversees the design and implementation of robust monitoring and evaluation systems. Her leadership ensures effective dissemination of project results and facilitates their replication both within MSH and among external stakeholders.
Previously, Partilla provided technical and management expertise across diverse areas, including health systems strengthening, supply chain, family planning and reproductive health, malaria, TB, HIV and AIDS, child health, and nutrition. Her work has spanned project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and community-based approaches.
Partilla holds a bachelor of arts from Princeton University and a master of science in public health from Harvard University. She speaks French and Haitian Creole.
