Nina A. Pruyn, MPH, MSW has over 20 years of experience in managing and implementing programs in global health development. As Senior Principal Technical Advisor in Human Resources for Health, her work focuses on providing assistance to MSH projects in organizational development; instructional design, training, and facilitation; change management; leadership, management, and governance; and knowledge management. Prior to this global role, Pruyn led capacity development and training activities for regional partners and consultants on the PEPFAR-funded Grant Management Solutions Project from 2007-2017. As an instructional designer, Pruyn develops virtual, face-to-face, and blended training for individual and group learning opportunities. She has outstanding leadership, management, facilitation, and organizational skills coupled with a strong foundation in public health in lower- and middle-income countries. She is a credentialed Association for Talent Development (ATD) master trainer and is fluent in Spanish.
