Pharmaceutical Management for Malaria Manual

To address pharmaceutical management issues related to the essential medicines needed for treating and preventing malaria, the RPM Program, in collaboration with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), developed the Drug Management for Malaria Manual, an indicator-based assessment tool, and released the first edition in 2000. Renamed for this revised edition, the Pharmaceutical Management for Malaria Manual is designed to guide the review of availability and patterns of use of medicines for malaria treatment in public health facilities of the Ministry of Health (MOH) and in private facilities, pharmacies, and retail pharmaceutical outlets.
