Chioma Ogbozor is a Development Manager with 15 years work experience. A mechanical engineer, she has a Master's degree in Development Management, with a Merit in Institutional Development. She is also a Stanford University Certified Project Manager (SCPM). These certifications and years of experience have provided her solid foundation for high-level decision making capabilities on effective resource and people management. She has worked on various projects and funders that include: two projects funded by USAID, several projects managed by the British Council and funded by Department for International Development or UKAID, Teachers International Professional Development project funded by UK Department for Education and Skills Program, and Ford Foundation projects managed by Pathfinder International, among others. These varied experiences have enhanced her competences in managing new and complex projects successfully, from different donors and partners. Within MSH one of her most concrete achievements is a successful movement for change program - the PEPFAR Health Professional Fellowship Program - which she played a key role in designing.
