Craig Molyneaux
Chief Financial Officer

Craig Molyneaux is Chief Financial Officer of MSH, where he plays a broad and strategic leadership role in the organization’s overall growth and development. He serves as financial advisor and partner to the CEO, leadership team, the board of directors and its audit and finance committees on matters relating to financial status, risk management, and long-term planning.
Molyneaux works on aspects related to strategy, policies, operations, annual work planning, systems strengthening, and performance management. In close collaboration with MSH’s country offices, Molyneaux also provides management oversight and ensures quality and continual improvement of day-to-day financial operations and systems, including budgeting, accounting, cash management, auditing, donor reporting, and contracts and grants management.
Molyneaux comes to MSH with more than 30 years of financial management experience, having held CFO roles in diverse business environments, including public, private, venture-backed, and non-profit organizations. He spent 25 of those years in a variety of financial management roles with Siemens and, most recently, as Vice President and CFO of AMIDEAST, an international NGO focusing on cultural and educational exchange programs funded, in part, by USAID and the Department of State.
Molyneaux has led teams in business development, information technology, human resources, risk management and operations. He has a strong track record of helping employees achieve operational and financial objectives and has been successful leading cross-functional teams to address strategic initiatives in the areas of business system integration, business process redesign and strengthening compliant controls. Molyneaux has worked extensively with US Government agencies, including the Department of State, USAID, Department of Homeland Security and Department of Defense, and numerous international organizations.
Molyneaux holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Colorado State University.
