Ivan Loboda

Prior to joining MSH in April 2018, Ivan Loboda was a development consultant for World Learning Inc., the Ukrainian Ministry of Health, and the Kyiv City Healthcare Department, where he worked to establish a Ukrainian reimbursement program. Mr. Loboda specializes in drug access and availability policy; developing e-prescription systems; developing and implementing reimbursement programs; developing a Ukrainian Essential Drug List price regulation policy; updating Ukrainian bioequivalence studies, standards, and procedures; and implementing a verification and serialization system for Ukraine. He holds a BS in finance.
