    Karna Georges Kone

    Principal Technical Advisor

    Karna Georges Kone, Ph.D., carries extensive experience in the field of health economics, political economics, public health, health policy, health insurance and health care costing—specifically in the field of financing and strengthening health systems in low- and middle-income countries. He has a doctorate degree in health economics. Georges Kone current serves as Principal Technical Advisor, on the USAID-funded Health Leadership Program (HLP) in Haiti. He provides technical assistance to the Ministry of Health in strategic mobilization and planning of domestic resources, strengthening capacity in hospital financial reporting, and public financial management systems.
