Kevin Gunter is senior project support officer for MSH projects in Afghanistan, Tanzania, Malawi, and Zambia. Kevin has over 10 years of experience working in project management, community health care, and environmental resource management. He spent more than six years working as a wildland firefighter and forestry technician while completing a bachelor's degree in international relations and Spanish from the University of Idaho. He later studied in Madrid, Spain, and Puntarenas, Costa Rica, where he taught English and computer technology at a primary school. Gunter later joined the US Peace Corps as a volunteer in the island nation of Vanuatu, where he supported the health department's rural health worker training program. He also worked as a health information clerk at the Bonner General Hospital in Sandpoint, Idaho. He holds a master's degree in international health policy and management from Brandeis University's Heller School for Social Policy and Management. Gunter is a native English speaker and fluent in Spanish and Bislama.
