Shirin Kakayeva is a technical associate working on the SIAPS Tuberculosis Central Asia portfolio focusing on Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. Shirin also assists with SIAPS TB Core activities. Shirin earned her master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health and has experience working at the Ministry of Health in Senegal and United Nations Populations Fund (UNFPA) in Turkmenistan. She is fluent in Russian and French languages.
