We help ministries of health, finance, and related agencies prepare for and negotiate financing and technical cooperation with major donors and global health initiatives. Support includes aligning donor frameworks with national strategies, preparing negotiation dossiers and briefing notes, and advising on financing terms, compliance, and performance metrics.
