Deborah Rubbens Hutchison

Deborah Rubbens Hutchison is Chief Operating Officer at MSH, where she oversees the Global Operations and Programs Office.

Hutchison brings nearly 20 years of experience working across non-profit and for-profit organizations to deliver effective programmatic solutions that improve people’s lives, globally. An effective and collaborative leader, she is passionate about meeting people where they are and setting them up for success. 

Before her role at MSH,  Hutchison served as Vice President of International Program Delivery at Abt Global, where she was responsible for all bilateral and regional USAID programs across Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean. Prior to that, she was the Chief of Staff for Abt’s International Development Division. 

Before joining Abt,  Hutchison served as Managing Director of Operations for the Global Health Supply Chain Division at Chemonics International. She also served as Portfolio Management Director for West and Central Africa at FHI 360 in Washington, DC.
