Jeanne Hamon is Head of Human Resources at Management Sciences for Health (MSH), where she leads the organization’s global human resources function. She partners with leaders across MSH to align people strategies with organizational priorities, strengthen workforce capabilities, and foster a high-performing, mission-driven culture.

Jeanne brings more than 15 years of senior global leadership experience spanning human resources, organizational development, and international operations. She has supported employees and operations in more than 20 countries and advised CEOs, executive leadership teams, boards, and country leaders on workforce strategy, global people operations, organizational culture, and risk management.

At MSH, she oversees total rewards, talent acquisition and development, HR operations and compliance, global mobility, employee engagement, and employee relations. Throughout her career, she has led people strategies during significant organizational transformations, built high-performing teams, and developed scalable HR services for diverse countries, cultures, and business functions.

Jeanne holds the Senior Certified Professional credential from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
