JoAnn Paradis is Director of Global Communications at Management Sciences for Health (MSH), where she leads communications strategy and advises senior leaders on positioning, thought leadership, reputation, and engagement.

Since joining MSH in 2015, she has helped shape the organization’s global narrative, elevate technical and country expertise, and strengthen the role of communications in advancing partnerships, visibility, and organizational priorities. She brings more than 17 years of experience in global health communications, spanning executive communications, digital strategy, advocacy, brand and editorial leadership, and program communications.

Before joining MSH, JoAnn held communications and advocacy roles at Save the Children and worked on U.S. Government-funded global health initiatives. She holds a degree from Fairfield University, where she studied psychology and international relations.
