Felipe López [1]
Project Director

Felipe López a physician and surgeon. He graduated from the University of San Carlos de Guatemala with a specialty in sexual and reproductive health and a postgraduate degree in epidemiology. He also has postgraduate degrees in re-engineering and quality assurance from the Francisco Marroquin University.

Cristina Maldonado [2]
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager

Cristina Maldonado is the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager for the MSH-led Strengthening Antenatal Care for Indigenous Women in Guatemala project, based in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. She coordinates data collection and quality activities with local authorities and the project’s local evaluation partner, the Instance for Women's Health and Development.

Gustavo Barrios [3]
Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health Technical Advisor

Gustavo Barrios is the Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health Technical Advisor for the MSH-led Strengthening Antenatal Care for Indigenous Women in Guatemala project. With more than 25 years of experience in maternal and child health, Barrios has worked on several projects to implement quality improvement standards for health services at both the community and facility level.

Jose Anibal Monterroso Cifuentes [4]
General Accountant

Mr. Anibal supports the MSH-led Strengthening Antenatal Care for Indigenous Women in Guatemala as as General Accountant. Before joining MSH, he worked with international cooperation projects that managed USAID funds and has extensive experience in administration, human resources, finance, and accounting.

Rosidalia Villadeleon [5]
Finance and Administration Manager

As Finance and Administration Manager, Rosidalia, provides high-level financial management, operations leadership, and financial administrative functions to ensure compliance in the implementation of the MSH-led Strengthening Antenatal Care for Indigenous Women in Guatemala project.

Sara Weinstein [6]
Senior Project Officer

Sara Weinstein is a Senior Project Officer in the Health Programs Group (HPG) at MSH. Her portfolio includes program management support to a number of donor-funded programs in Nigeria, Liberia and Latin America. Sara has been with MSH since 2009 and is currently based in Guatemala City. Prior to joining MSH, Sara spent four years working with Catholic Relief Services (CRS) in Bolivia implementing programs in the areas of health, democracy promotion, youth development and water and sanitation, and three years in Guatemala as the Deputy Regional Director for Management Quality for the Latin America region. Before working overseas, Sara worked for several international organizations in Washington, DC, including the Institute of International Education and Population Services International.

Hammouda Bellamine [7]
Senior Technical Advisor

Hammouda Bellamine holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Michigan. Since 1969, he has been working in public health, with a particular focus on community-based reproductive health. Hammouda has worked in more than 20 countries in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe...
