Afa Ikparen

Afa Ikparen is a public health and business development leader with over 12 years of experience in resource mobilization, partnerships, and program design. As Senior Business Development Manager at MSH Nigeria, she leads donor engagement and strategic positioning, driving growth through high-quality proposal development and partnerships with government, donors, and local organizations.

Previously, she served as New Business Development and Resource Mobilization Advisor at MSI Reproductive Choices, where she secured over $21 million in funding and built partnerships with global donors. She has also led project implementation and supported the transition of donor-funded programs to government systems, while helping expand access to reproductive health services.

Afa holds a master’s degree in public health and a postgraduate degree from Glasgow Caledonian University, along with certifications in project and grants management.
