Technical Advisor, Health Financing and Policy

Eliza Love, Technical Advisor for Health Financing and Policy at MSH, brings significant experience in generating evidence on financing and policy priorities and partnering with local leaders to mobilize domestic investments and political commitment for more sustainable financing for health. At MSH, Love is currently focused on efforts related to domestic resource mobilization, policy research, and strategic advocacy. She serves as a co-lead of MSH’s Climate & Health Technical Working Group, supporting MSH’s strategic efforts to build climate-resilient health systems.

Prior to joining MSH, Love worked at the UCSF Malaria Elimination Initiative, where she led subnational budget advocacy and investment case projects aimed at informing and influencing resource allocations for a more resilient malaria response amid donor transition. Previously, she worked to improve alignment of financing across health and community development sectors to realize healthier and more equitable communities with the Public Health Institute. Love received her BSc in health sciences from Northeastern University.
