Kathryn Erskine

Kathryn Erskine is Chief People and Culture Officer at MSH, where she oversees the organization’s global human resources function. An experienced international affairs professional known as a collaborative leader and mentor, Erskine is adept at building and managing teams, developing and delivering strategic business initiatives, managing compliance and risk, and delivering mission-oriented results. 

Prior to MSH, Erskine was Vice President of People at DAI, where she oversaw the human resources function for more than 5,000 global staff. Before her position at DAI, Erskine worked for Chemonics and Creative Associates in the areas of operations, corporate governance, business development, and talent management and acquisition. She has worked for small nonprofits and several implementing partners in the contracting space.  

Erskine holds a bachelor’s degree in politics and Spanish from Wake Forest University and a master’s in international affairs from American University.
