Nina A. Pruyn, MPH, MSW, has 25 years of experience in managing and implementing programs in global health development. As Senior Principal Technical Advisor and Cluster Lead in Capacity Strengthening and Human Resources for Health, her work focuses on providing assistance to MSH projects and colleagues in local capacity strengthening; organizational development; workforce optimization and HR management; instructional design, training, and facilitation; change management; leadership, management, and governance; and knowledge management. Prior to this global role, Pruyn led capacity strengthening and learning activities for regional partners and consultants on the PEPFAR-funded Grant Management Solutions project from 2007 to 2017. As an instructional designer, Pruyn develops virtual, face-to-face, and blended learning opportunities for individuals, teams, institutions, and networks. She has outstanding management, facilitation, and organizational skills coupled with a strong foundation in public health in low- and middle-income countries. She is a credentialed Association for Talent Development master trainer and is fluent in Spanish.
