Management Sciences for Health Receives ISO 9001 Certification for Quality Management System

Arlington, VA—May 23, 2022—Management Sciences for Health (MSH) announced today that it has been certified for compliance with the rigorous ISO 9001 quality standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization.

Focusing on programs, contracts, procurement, and human resource management, MSH’s quality management system improves program delivery and ensures fulfillment of all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. It assures donors and stakeholders of MSH’s consistent commitment to client satisfaction, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement.
