Management Sciences for Health Welcomes Nankhonde Kasonde-van den Broek to Board of Directors
Arlington, VA—July 3, 2024—Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is pleased to welcome award-winning executive coach, organizational change architect, and entrepreneur Nankhonde Kasonde-van den Broek to its Board of Directors.
Kasonde-van den Broek is the Lead Consultant at Nankhonde Kasonde Consultancy; Founder and CEO at ZANGA African Metrics; and a pioneer in the use of technology to develop affordable, accessible coaching and human capital development solutions for Africa. Following a decade working in international development and finance globally, Kasonde-van den Broek returned to Zambia to pursue her purpose and desire to contribute to her country’s economy and the wider African development agenda. Over the last 12 years, she has coached more than 1,200 professionals across 50 organizations and has been widely recognized for her contributions to the field of coaching and organizational development. Her previous experience includes positions at the United Nations; the World Health Organization; and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

Kasonde-van den Broek is a graduate of HEC Paris Business School (France) and Oxford University (UK) joint Executive Specialized Masters in Change Leadership. In addition, she holds an MBA specializing in project management from the African Institute of Management (Dakar, Senegal); an MSc in management from the University of Quebec at Chicoutimi (Quebec, Canada); and a BA in management from Webster University (Geneva, Switzerland). She is fluent in English and French.
