Michael Dillon is the Director of Program Planning, where he leads business development and program resourcing in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. With 20 years of experience in international development and global health, he brings deep expertise in strategic planning, program management, business development, and donor engagement across public and private sectors.
Prior to joining MSH, Michael held senior leadership roles at Catholic Relief Services and Economist Impact. His work has included long-term assignments in Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique, focused on health systems strengthening, HIV and AIDS, economic empowerment, and public-private engagement. He holds an MSc in Global Health and Population from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a BA from Wake Forest University.
