PLAN-Health Final Report

The five-year Program to Build Leadership and Accountability in Nigeria’s Health System (PLAN-Health) is funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and implemented by MSH. PLAN-Health is a long-term transformative program designed to strengthen the institutional capacity of public sector institutions and civil society organizations for improved health and HIV & AIDS service delivery at the federal, state, and local levels in Nigeria. It operated in three states – the Federal Capital Territory, Gombe, and Akwa Ibom – and trained 1,570 health professionals from 52 organizations.
