Management Sciences for Health congratulates Ben Weingrod on appointment to the Governing Board of the Pandemic Fund
Arlington, VA — April 9, 2026 — Management Sciences for Health (MSH) congratulates Ben Weingrod on his appointment as Global North Civil Society Organization (CSO) Alternate Board Member to the Governing Board of the Pandemic Fund.
In this role, Ben will support the Fund’s strategic governance—contributing to priority setting, reviewing funding proposals, monitoring performance, and strengthening engagement with civil society partners.
The Pandemic Fund is a key platform for advancing country-led investments in pandemic preparedness and resilient health systems. Ben’s appointment reflects the growing importance of aligning financing with system realities and community priorities.
“This is where global commitments meet real system delivery,” said Dana Sandstrom Keating, Chief Development Officer at MSH. “Ben brings a clear understanding of how to translate priorities into meaningful policy change and financial commitment—and how to ensure impacted communities are a meaningful part of that process.”
At MSH, Ben works closely with governments and partners to strengthen systems and expand access to quality care. His appointment further positions MSH to contribute to shaping how global health investments are designed, governed, and delivered.
MSH is also represented by Aida Kurtovic on the Board of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and by Justice Nonvignon on the Board of the International Health Economics Association—reflecting the organization’s growing role in global health governance and financing.
