Deus Lukoye is a medical doctor with over 15 years of experience in TB control. He currently leads the implementation of the Urban DOTS model in Kampala, Uganda, supporting TB interventions in the city’s five divisions.
Ersin Topcuoglu, is an executive program/project manager, including monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and knowledge management, with 30 years of public health experience. He has extensive experience in designing, leading, and managing complex international health programs, including results-based performance management systems.
Thomas Hall is Senior Principal Technical Advisor for Malaria. In his role he manages all activities related to malaria including providing technical assistance and programmatic oversight to integrated health projects managed by MSH. Additionally, he participates in several international forums on malaria including RBM working groups and NGO advocacy networks.
Dr. Jeanine Musau Dinanga has been with MSH since September 2012 and serves as senior malaria technical advisor for the Integrated Health Project DRC-IHP plus. A medical practitioner since 2005, she also has a master of public health from Kinshasa School of Public Health. She has worked in the Congolese Ministry of Health to support integrated management of the child diseases and malaria programs. Previously, Jeanine served as the head of the case management department and the head of the department for planning and partnership at the National Malaria Control program. She also worked to support the community-based Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses program.
Jonathan D. Quick, MD, MPH, is Senior Fellow Emeritus at MSH, where he previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2004-2017. In January of 2017 he transitioned to the role of Senior Fellow. A family physician and health management specialist, Dr. Quick focuses on global health security.
