Dr. IniAbasi Nglass has more than 15 years of professional experience leading the design, planning, execution, and management of public health programs in conjunction with local and international partners. Through her development and humanitarian work with UN agencies and multilateral institutions, Dr. Nglass has an in-depth understanding of programmatic monitoring and evaluation, as well as research and development, and possesses a combination of supply chain management; project administration and team leadership; water, sanitation, and hygiene services; and infection prevention and control public health expertise.
Before joining MSH, she worked with the WHO and served as National Consultant for Malaria, Tuberculosis & HIV/AIDS in Emergencies and contributed her humanitarian and development experience under the overall leadership of the WHO’s emergency team in Nigeria. Dr. Nglass also supported the National and State HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Malaria (ATM) Elimination Program to ensure impactful essential health service delivery and was the state implementation coordinator with the Malaria Consortium in Nigeria.
Dr. Nglass earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Uyo in Nigeria, holds a Master’s of Public Health from the University of Calabar, Nigeria, and received her Doctoral in Public Health from the University of Central Nicaragua.
