Olumide O. Elegbe leads MSH’s Azura Sankofa (AS) Advisory, driving innovative advisory services and strategic partnerships that advance Management Sciences for Health’s mission to strengthen health systems worldwide. Over nearly two decades, he has built and scaled new institutional functions across governance, donor-government partnerships, and health–environment integration, earning recognition for results-driven delivery and cross-sector collaboration. As Managing Director, Olumide oversees MSH’s consulting business line, market strategy, and business development efforts. His focus is on delivering tailored advisory support to government agencies, international partners, and philanthropic organizations navigating complex health and development challenges.

Previously, as Director of Global Partnerships and Strategy, Olumide guided MSH’s initiatives to diversify its partner and donor portfolio—leading targeted, research-based engagement that deepened strategic alliances and expanded the organization’s impact. He joined MSH in 2016 as Senior Manager for Corporate and Foundation Relations, where he cultivated private sector partnerships that extended MSH’s global reach and influence.
