This article examines the high burden of tuberculosis (TB) cases among older children and young adolescent females in Ethiopia. It emphasizes the need for targeted interventions to address this underrecognized demographic, highlighting the unique challenges faced by these groups in terms of TB diagnosis and treatment. The findings underscore the importance of improving health systems and strategies to effectively address TB in these vulnerable populations.
