This article explores the development of a tuberculosis (TB) elimination framework in Ethiopia through participatory processes, engaging stakeholders such as healthcare workers, program managers, and community representatives. It highlights key insights on the importance of community involvement, government support, and addressing social determinants in TB elimination efforts. The study also emphasizes the feasibility of using a multi-pronged intervention approach guided by the Medical Research Council framework to enhance TB control and treatment outcomes.
