The USAID Eliminate TB Project designed a method for improving community-based TB care (CTBC) to ease the burden on overextended health extension workers (HEWs) and to increase the support of local organizations (LOs) for CTBC. This technical brief documents the impact of working with LOs, through their community members and volunteers, on CTBC.
