Uganda SSCS Impact Story—August 2024: Enhancing supply chain decision-making through real-time data analytics in Uganda

Uganda’s Ministry of Health, with support from the USAID Strengthening Supply Chain Systems (SSCS) Activity, has transformed supply chain decision-making through two powerful digital dashboards. By automating analytics and delivering real-time insights, the Warehouse and Facility Stock Status dashboards are empowering stakeholders across the national health ecosystem—from central warehouses to over 4,000 health facilities.
