Kenasi Kasinje is project lead for the District Health Performance Improvement (DHPI) project in Malawi. Kasinje brings to DHPI his experience in project design, budgeting, resource mobilization, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. He also has experience in governance, gender, advocacy and networking, and community mobilization. Previously, Kenasi has worked with international organizations including UNICEF in Malawi, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung in Malawi, and Hanns Seidel Stiftung in Germany. He is also a research fellow at the Institute for Policy Research and Social Empowerment and a research partner at the Integrated Health Initiative. He holds degrees in public administration, and political science and development management from the Ruhr-Universität Bochum in Germany.
