Antoine Ndiaye

Dr. Antoine Ndiaye, the country director for the Medicines, Technologies, and Pharmaceutical Services (MTaPS) Program in Côte d’Ivoire, is a seasoned public health manager with more than 20 years of experience leading a variety of capacity building, HIV and AIDS, reproductive health, commodity security, and maternal and child health projects. Dr. Ndiaye also served as the Principal Technical Advisor for MSH’s Center for Leadership Management, where he provided technical and management support to the leadership, management, and governance field support activities in reproductive health and family planning, HIV and AIDS, and other areas. Dr. Ndiaye served as Project Director for MSH’s Leadership, Management and Sustainability Program in Haiti and as MSH’s Regional Commodity Security Planning Coordinator for the Action for West Africa Regional Project, where he led and coordinated commodity security activities with regional institutions in 21 West and Central Africa countries. Dr. Ndiaye holds a doctorate in pharmacy from Cheikh Anta Diop University and a master’s degree in business administration from the African Center for Higher Studies in Management (CESAG), both in Dakar, Senegal.
