Emmanuel Nfor

Emmanuel Nfor provides global technical leadership and strategic direction on pharmaceutical systems strengthening to the Medicines, Technologies, and Pharmaceutical Services (MTaPS) Program. Previously, he was Principal Technical Advisor for supply chain management for the USAID-funded, MSH-led Systems for Improved Access to Pharmaceuticals and Services Program (SIAPS) project. An expert in that field with over 27 years of experience, Nfor previously served as supply chain manager and program director at the Global Fund, where he led the rollout of an innovative financing model that resulted in widespread availability of malaria medicines, even in hard-to-reach areas, and sharp reductions in price across five malaria-endemic countries. Nfor is a certified supply chain professional and pharmacist with a Master of Business Administration degree in health, population, and nutrition.
