A Visual Journey of Uganda’s Health Supply Chain Strengthening

The USAID Uganda Strengthening Supply Chain Systems (SSCS) Activity Photo Journal captures key milestones and achievements in Uganda’s journey toward a resilient, country-led health supply chain. Implemented by MSH in partnership with the Advocates Coalition for Development and Environment (ACODE) and Uganda Healthcare Federation (UHF), SSCS supported the Government of Uganda in transforming its health supply chain management.
This photo journal highlights the implementation of Uganda’s 10-Year National Health Supply Chain Roadmap and offers a look at how Uganda is advancing toward a sustainable and self-reliant health system. The collection shows efforts such as:
- Improved health commodity visibility and traceability
- Increased electrification and internet connectivity for health facilities
- Enhanced supply chain governance and policy development
- Strengthened quantification and funding for essential medicines
- Training and capacity-building for supply chain leaders
