SIAPS West Africa Regional Project End of Project Report

Using a systems strengthening approach, SIAPS/West Africa Regional Project aimed to improve coordination among regional and national stakeholders to ensure ARV and HIV and AIDS commodity availability, increase the use of pharmaceutical management information for decision making, enhance access to financial resources for the procurement of ARVs to prevent stock-outs, and build capacity for pharmaceutical supply management. Applying good governance, leadership, and management practices at the regional and national levels supports efficient and effective processes within integrated health systems to ultimately increase patient access to quality medicines and services.
